This is how my AT life started: I had lessons (4 years) and trained with Dr. Chris Stevens (3 years).

I am an ATVD Germany certified teacher (1997). My teaching is inspired by first generation teachers like Elisabeth Walker and Walter Carrington as well as  renowned teachers like Tommy Thompson, Cathy Madden and Rosa Luisa Rossi. Having attended many workshops with them gave me insights from different perspectives and nurtures my work to this day.

My background is in music and pedagogy – having studied recorder/early music which put me on the path with the Alexander Technique.

I also hold an M.A. in Life+Business Coaching as well as the certificate for REISS® Motivation Profile Master.

Through the teaching of Chris Stevens I adopted a scientific view on the AT. His research has shown the physiology behind AT-thinking. He developed a simple procedure to use this in our everyday life for more awareness of our body and mind.

So today I am teaching and training people based on his findings. Topics of my workshops are „Health at the workplace“ (in companies), golf and my special offer on „Walking elegantly – in High Heels and Flats“. I have been presenting at ATI-Conferences and the AT-congresses in Oxford 2004 and Lugano 2008.

One speciality of mine is life coaching based on the principles of AT which very much helps the experience of change for the coachee.

„S.E.L.F. – learning by non-doing“ is the teacher training course I run. I love to train people and see their personal development through AT.

Obviously one of my hobbies is playing golf (applying AT!) and being out and about in nature. And I love cooking!

Please feel free to contact me about any of my topics.
