REGISTRATION INFORMATION

This year again, we have an early registration rate that will save you money on both your registration rate, and your lodging fees.

Fees are quoted in US Dollars.

Note:  The ATI Annual Conference Award Banquet will be held on Sunday, October 21.  There is no additional fee for the Banquet; it is included in your lodging fee, or daily registration fee if you are attending just on Sunday, or in your meal fee if you are staying offsite. 

Registration Rates

General and Teaching Member:
On or before August 15, 2018:        $250.00 USD
After August 15, 2018:                      $275.00 USD

Non-Member (For individuals new to ATI.  This price includes General Membership from the start of the Conference through December, 2019)

On or before August 15, 2018:        $350.00 USD
After August 15, 2018:                      $385.00 USD

Single day fee (one day only permitted at this rate) – includes meals and snacks:

On or before August 15, 2018:       $125.00 USD
After August 15, 2018:                     $138.00 USD

Trainee Registration Rates

Trainee Member (Conference Only; NO Evaluation):
On or before August 15, 2018:        $175.00 USD
After August 15, 2018:                      $193.00 USD

Trainee Member Seeking Sponsorship (UP TO THREE (3) Sponsor Evaluations):
On or before August 15, 2018:       $250.00 USD
After August 15, 2018:                     $275.00 USD

Trainee Member ONLY attending the October 19, 2018, Sponsorship Day:
Sponsor Evaluation Session Fee, One (1) Evaluation:                  $75.00 USD
Sponsor Evaluation Session Fee, Two (2) Evaluations:               $150.00 USD


 CANCELLATION POLICY:

If you cancel on or BEFORE October 6, 2018, you will receive a full refund of accommodation and Annual Conference fees, less an administrative fee of $25.00 USD.

If you cancel AFTER October 6, 2018, but by October 13, 2018, you will receive a refund of 50% of your accommodation fees, and a refund of your Annual Conference fee less an administrative fee of $25.00 USD.

If you cancel AFTER October 13, 2018, there will be no refund of accommodation charges, but you will receive a refund of your Annual Conference fee less a $25.00 USD administration fee.
